Run start > run > msconfig > sturtup > uncheck checkbox skype (where c:/windows/system32/skype.exe) # 3. start > run > cmd > c:\windows\system32 > del skype.exe # 4. go to C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch adn delete file SANDRA.SCR-017C028A.pf # 5. Reinstall skype.
