Be careful of spam email that uses Twitter title

It is not very surprising that spammers will not give up creating new ways of making computer users lose their vigilance and fall for scams that may lead to data loss, fraud and etc.
The latest spam email is supposedly from Twitter that warns users their accounts were suspended. For further actions they ask you to re-verify your account by giving your details and other personal information. An email reads:
Subject: Account Suspension
Twitter is currently upgrading at this time.We dont want to delete your account. Please Re-verify your account by entering your name, email, or zip by one of our business partners below
Click here to complete some free offers
Note All suspended accounts cannot be restored so please complete this offer within 2 days to avoid suspension
The Twitter Team
This email is a scam which gains to steal user’s private information. The message doesn’t come from Twitter. By clicking on suggested links in email will lead you to random surveys that ask to fill your personal data.
This phishing way is not just for Twitter users. You may not have an account at Twitter; however, this email may reach you as well. So, be cautious of every message you get and make sure it comes from legitimate websites. Make sure your computer is protected with security software which updates daily.
