Users are convinced they are doing a favor to others by sharing this with them but, in fact, they just increasing the possibility for others’ systems being compromised.
Nowadays many of scammers can create such malware with the name “Christmas Tree” especially when the holidays are coming soon. However, it is needed for user to check reliability of the message first.
Do not send any virus warning messages to your online friends until you have checked them with a trustworthy source. Malware can be terminated pretty soon; however, these kinds of rogue texts about virus alerts are more dangerous and spread via the web faster. Users just think they are doing good thing by sharing with each other these messages.
