"Attention! Your PC is Infected" is a deceptive security alert which is promoted by AV Secure 2012 scam. It gains to trick user into thinking their PC is infected and need to be fixed with AV Secure 2012 program.
This is a scam and you shouldn't trust it because malware is not able to provide any actual computer security service. AV Secure 2012 may redirect your browser to counterfeit websites that sell the program. Do not buy anything it offers but choose reputable anti-spyware application and get rid of AV Secure 2012 malware in order to delete rogue "Attention! Your PC is Infected" message.
