Windows No-Risk Agent is a rogue security software which spreads via trojan horse and starts to imitate computer scans. It also displays numerous security alerts that state your PC is severely compromised.

Windows No-Risk Agent will redirect your browser to counterfeit websites that sell the "licensed" version of the malware. Choose reputable computer protection tool and remove Windows No-Risk Agent upon detection.
