SecurePcAv is a fake antivirus program coming from the notorious WiniSoft series of rogue-antispyware applications. Once SecurePcAv enters the computer it runs fake scans and displays pop-up warnings that suggest purchasing SecurePcAv software which should provide full system security service. Unfortunately it doesn't. What SecurePcAv does is create security flaws in your system which allow other similar parasites to enter and cause you even more problems.
