AntivirusGT is not your regular computer security tool. It's a harmful application made to damage your system instead of protecting it. How so? Well, first of all, although AntivirusGT may look like a security program and perform some of its functions (fake actually), it is not able to protect your PC from any kind of security threat whatsoever.

To be exact, AntivirusGT is a computer parasite made to look like a security program so that you installed it onto your PC and then payed money for using it. This is not recommended because by using AntivirusGT for your online safety you do not only have no protection from viruses and other online threats, but are also at a higher risk of getting infected.

AntivirusGT is able to create security flaws allowing other parasites to easily enter your system and interfere with your regular computer usage, hijack your web browser or even steal your personal data. AntivirusGT is usually installed by trojans which means you cannot stop the process as you're simply unaware of it.

This malware also loads tons of fake warnings about your system being infected. These messages then urge you to purchase AntivirusGT in order to get rid of the fake threats. Here are some examples:
