KeepCop is a fake security software distributed online at various corrupt website using trojans to download and install KeepCop. The parasite pretends of being a legitimate antispyware program although it's actually nothing but a scam. Keep Cop imitates some of the actions performed by real antiviruses such as scanning the system or displaying warning messages in order to convince the user that it is a real security application.

However, KeepCop is just a hoax made to get money from the users who fall into its trap. KeepCop requires purchasing the program in order to get its full service, although paying money does not actually change anything. The application is a cheap imitation of a system protection program and should not be taken for granted. In fact, what one should do when having Keep Cop is remove it immediately.

How to remove KeepCop
