System Repair is a rouge anti-spyware application pretending to be a legal security tool. It usually spreads via trojan. Malware is configured to be installed once after the trojan is loaded to user's computer. It happens without user's knowledge. The parasite starts fake scans and shows misleading and fraudulent security alerts.
The goal of these fabricated warnings is to trick user into believing their computer is infected:
