Total Security is yet another rogue anti-spyware program which tries to convince you that your computer has been compromised. It spreads via trojan horse. Trojan comes to the system through its vulnerabilities and makes a perfect background for the parasites to sneak. Total Security is the latest version of Total Security 2009 scam.
Once installed malware will perform a quick system scan and report fake dubious system infections on your computer. It may display fabricated security alerts too. This is a scam and none of information it displays should be trusted. It pretends legitimate computer protection tool but in fact it is only malware onto your PC. Total Security can’t protect your computer in any way. It is configured to milk money from unwary users. Total Security may hijack your browser to deceptive website which provides mass of information about supposedly legal version of the program.
This is a fraud and should be ignored. Once you notice this program onto your PC you have to choose reputable anti-spyware application and delete Total Security immediately. Make sure you get rid of it and all its affiliated components.
