Vitro a.k.a. Win32:Vitro trojan spreads via fake video codecs. Luckily, the Win32.Vitro has to be installed manually, so it’s easy to avoid. People are requested to install a fake media codec after downloading a movie or video from a fraudulent website. The codec hides Vitro infection.


Vitro trojan corrupts various executable files and essential system files. It’s important to delete the infection before it does irreparable damage.
