Win Defragmenter is a fake anti-spyware application. As other rogue security program, Win Defragmenter is promoted and installed through the use of trojans. The parasite has its alias: Win Defrag , Win HDD and HDD Defragmenter .

Once installed it will display fake system security warnings and then will prompt you to buy a full version of this program to remove threats that don’t even exist. Here are few examples of fake warning messages that can be displayed:
