Win32/Olmarik is a trojan which installs malicious applications. Win32Olmarik may either trick users to download some harmful program themselves or install it without their notice. This trojan is also known for generating fake security warning messages and downloading fake security applications when the messages are clicked upon.
Olmarik is not a legitimate program and is only meant to perform malicious actions. It might also track the user's private data and disclose it to the creators of this parasite. Sometimes Win32/Olmarik may even prevent legitimate security tools from launching.
