Windows Internet Booster is rogue anti-spyware program which usually downloads to your PC through the use of trojan. Trojan enters your system via its vulnerable places. It is not able to provide any security actions.

This is all fraud. Do not fall for this blatant scam. Just ignore those security alerts. However, choose a decent anti-spyware application and kill the parasite immediately.
