Windows Functionality Checker is a malicious program which spreads via trojan. Trojan comes through the system’s flaws. This dubious application hijacks user’s browser to a fake scan page which sells illegal version of Windows Functionality Checker. 

Do not fall for this blatant scam. None of the information the parasite shows is trustable. It has just one purpose that is to make user to lose their vigilance and purchase supposedly legitimate application. For this, user has to pay small fees. This is not worth spending your money because it can’t process any security service.
