This is the Application Layer Gateway Service; it is used by ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) and the ICF (Internet Connection Firewall). Although, it is part of the Microsoft operating system, it can sometimes be used by a trojan or worm as a backdoor, to get access to your computer.
