This is the Automatic LiveUpdate module integrated in Symantec products like Norton Antivirus, Norton Personal Firewall, Norton Internet Security, etc.LiveUpdate is used for updating these software applications. It only runs when it downloads updates.You can choose not to run this module (and thus the automatic update) from the settings window of your Norton application.
