This is the SQL Server Service Manager used to start, stop or pause the services related to Microsoft SQL Server.It coresponds to an icon in the System Tray from which you can take the mentioned actions.Terminating this process will not close the SQL Server, but it will remove the icon from the System Tray and therefore the possibility to handle the services from there.
